Hypothetical Use cases

Seeing a higher trend of near misses during Base Leg or Final approach (related to time of day or month etc.), the tower may recommend changes in airspace shelves, or shape, or change in procedures.
By analyzing Near Miss Hot Spots, Approach Tower may change its traffic pattern in a certain area.
An airport situated in a Montaineous Terrain may analyze OROCA data and modify its Traffic approach patterns
